Can I Change My Wifi Password?
Yes. Changing your wifi password is an option. Contact the office to get your specific modem credentials. Click here to contact us.

Connection Issues?
Having issues with your connection? Sometimes simply unplugging the modem from the power source & plugging it back in will reboot your connection. (if you are doing this multiple times a day there may be a separate issue - give us a call to check it out!) NEVER press the "Reset" button on your modem - this will clear out any settings that are required for connection.
